Every person is unique—from fitness goals to motivation to genetic makeup. At Flexx Fitness, I take all of this into consideration as I design specific fitness programs customized for my clients. All of my personal training services start with a fitness evaluation that includes a health history questionnaire; evaluation of body mass index (BMI), body composition analysis (lean body weight versus body fat); strength, balance and flexibility analysis; and cardiovascular analysis. Using the latest in fitness technology, I am able to create an overall fitness program that combines exercise with nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals.
