I chose Brent as my
personal trainer for a number of reasons—he is approachable, he offers
up lots of information and he works to accommodate my knee issues.
However, the number one reason why I wanted to work with Brent is
because he had a plan. He talked to me about my goals, looked at my past
workout history and did lots of research to create the perfect fitness
plan for me. Brent is actively and genuinely engaged with all of his
clients.

Brent is like a coach working with players during basketball practice.
Leading, teaching and motivating his clients to achieve their goals—even
if that means doing something they would never do on their own. I

A few years ago, when I was nearing the age of 50, I decided it was time
for me to become serious about getting fit and felt the best way to do
that was with a personal trainer. Even though the thought of working
with a personal trainer was a little bit intimidating, I never felt
uncomfortable with Brent. He always put me at ease and although the
workouts were hard, they were actually fun, too. Soon after I started
working with Brent, I did indeed turn 50—and felt better and healthier
than I had in a very long time. He pushed me beyond the limits I thought
I was capable of—giving me the best results for the time and money.
After almost a year of training, I decided to see what I could do just
working out on my own. While I was able to maintain my fitness level for
awhile, it was much harder to keep myself motivated without hearing

As a forty something-year-old woman who had never exercised a day in her
life, I was completely intimidated by the idea of even walking into a
gym. I thought taking a fitness class might be a good start, but quickly
found out that I could not keep up with the instructor. I felt
